BV has announced the winners of the Seniors, Women’s and Juniors Club Championship.
This year the Championship was calculated based on the performance of ALL teams entered by a club in a particular category.
I am proud to advise that Waverley has performed brilliantly in all three competitions and the efforts of all players, coaches, scorers, … must be applauded.
Seniors Club Championship
I am extremely proud to advise that Waverley Baseball Club are VSBL Senior Club Champions for the 2025-26 Summer season.
All teams representing Waverley in the Senior competition from the Firsts all the way down through our Regional teams and Masters teams contributed to us achieving this honour.
Our congratulations go to Club Coach Andy Tierney, Assistant Coach Geoff Dunn and the coaches of all our other teams: Ben Ford, Mal Jackson, Craig Hockley, Shaun Gray, Corey Adams, Chris Powell, James Sanders, Adam Bright, Dan Reeman and Tim Coad along with the scorers, umpires, team managers etc. for your hard work throughout the season.
